Drenagh Estate: The Perfect Backdrop
Very excited share with you Charis and Rory's amazing Drenagh Estate wedding celebration. This cool couple decided to hold off on their wedding party until they could bring all their friends and family together, after getting married during covid. Now that the time finally came, it was a day filled with good vibes, gorgeous scenery, and lots of love.
Drenagh Estate, located near Limavady in Northern Ireland, is a fantastic spot for a laid-back wedding. The 19th-century Georgian mansion is surrounded by 1,000 acres of parkland, providing a stunning and serene backdrop for wedding celebrations. Charis and Rory's wedding was no exception - the lush greenery, rustic brickwork, and enchanting Moon Garden made their day truly special.
The Moon Garden and Beyond
We took full advantage of the picturesque surroundings at Drenagh Estate for Charis and Rory's wedding photos. The Moon Garden, with its unique charm, was an obvious choice for some of the shots. We also wandered around the grounds, capturing the happy couple in front of the impressive main house and various other picturesque spots. The estate is genuinely a photographer's playground.
Worth the Wait: A Day Filled with Joy and Sunshine
It's safe to say that Charis and Rory's wedding celebration at Drenagh Estate was worth the wait. The relaxed atmosphere, complete with lawn games and sunny weather, made it a day to remember for everyone involved. There was a sense of joy and excitement in the air, as guests finally came together to celebrate the couple's love story.
Capturing Memories on Film
As a little extra, I brought along my Mamiya RB67 film camera to snap some shots on Fuji Pro 400h film. These timeless film photos added a unique touch to the collection, and you can check them out at the end of this post. It's always fun to mix things up and capture memories in different ways.
I had a blast being a part of Charis and Rory's Drenagh Estate wedding celebration. Thanks for letting me capture your incredible day, and I wish you both a lifetime of happiness together.
